DI (FH) Jörg Worschech

I have more than 15 years of professional experience in the fields of research & development, innovation, and consulting at national and European level.  I studied electrical engineering with a specialization in communications engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Ulm (DE) and then held various positions at different large and medium-sized companies, including BMW, SEL Defence Systems (merged into Nokia), Unternehmensberatung H & D GmbH, EFKON AG, SWARCO AG or ecoplus – the Business Agency of the Province of Lower Austria. My fields of activity included project and multi-project management, process management, business process modelling, software development, quality and configuration management, system design, database design, database management and systems, national and international military project acquisition and management, process as well as business and technology consulting. In recent years, the focus was on initiating and implementing national and European research and development projects in the areas of Sustainable Mobility, Intelligent Product and Production systems, Biodiversity and Forestry/Wood industry, and Innovative Business Models. In August 2020, I founded the non-profit organization SYRION in Graz/Austria together with Werner Rom.
