MSc. Anita Casadei

I am a PhD student with a background in Plant and Microbial Biotechnology. I am particularly focused on evaluating the toxicological effects of chemicals, bio-chemicals and pollutants on animal behaviour through AI and computer vision approaches. As a biotechnologist, I am deeply passionate about understanding how biotic and abiotic factors influence gene expression and shape environmental biodiversity. I would like to combine innovative AI technologies with biological research and gene expression analysis to monitor biodiversity and investigate the dynamic evolution of ecosystems.
